Singing lessons to free and
fine-tune your voice.

Wish you could make your voice sound just the way you want it to?

I offer singing lessons that are tailored to help you meet your singing goals – whether it’s nailing an audition, keeping your technique ticking over, tackling specific vocal challenges or plucking up some karaoke courage. My clients’ audiences range from West End theatregoers to rubber ducks; what all my students have in common is a readiness to grow, learn, make mistakes and sometimes sound a little silly along the way.

When you join me for singing lessons, you can count on a safe, kind and supportive environment to explore your voice and its capabilities. I translate the latest voice science and teaching methods into tools that work for you. The result? Lasting progress and a voice you love and feel confident sharing with the world.

Welcome!

I’m Laura, a technical singing teacher and vocal coach, offering in-person lessons from my home studio in Canterbury, Kent, and online.

I’m an Estill Master Trainer, a Recommended Sing Space Coach, and a Vocal Health First Aider. I hold a PG Cert in Voice Pedagogy and a Certificate in Applied Neuroscience and Voice from the Voice Study Centre, and have several years’ experience teaching at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, one of the UK’s leading drama schools.

I also have more than 20 years’ experience as a professional vocalist – both on stage and in the recording studio – so I can bring a performer’s perspective to my teaching.

“Laura is a joy to work with and gave me a great refresher in vocal technique prior to returning to work after the pandemic. If you’re looking for someone to bring out the best in your voice, whether amateur or professional, go and see her!”
