1:1 coaching sessions take place online or in person in Kent; exact location details are confirmed at the time of booking. Workshops for organisations are typically delivered online or in alternative venues as advertised.

What Data I Collect and How I Use It

I only collect the data necessary to provide the services you request.

Lawful basis for processing your personal data: I process your personal data primarily to fulfil my contract to provide singing teaching, vocal coaching and related services to you. In some cases, I may process your data based on your consent (for example, if you share health-related information relevant to your voice, or if you sign up to my mailing list).

  • Personal details: name, email, phone (if given), and job title/organisation (if relevant to your voice), collected via online forms, email, phone, social media, or in person

  • Booking data collected through Acuity Scheduling - please review their privacy policy separately

  • Information about your singing goals and progress

  • Health or wellbeing-related information, but only where you choose to share it to help me teach you safely, and only with your explicit consent to that specific use

  • Feedback you choose to give me at the end of a session or sessions, presentation, or group programme, via a short Squarespace form, used to maintain my standards and improve how I deliver coaching and training

  • No other third-party sharing unless required by law


My website uses cookies via Squarespace to understand visitor behaviour. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may limit site functionality.

Payment data (e.g., credit card details) is processed securely by Stripe. Please see Stripe's privacy policy for details.

If you sign up to my mailing list or enrol in a group programme, course or membership, your name, email, and progress data are processed by Squarspace, my email marketing provider and course hosting platform, on the basis of your consent. Please see Squarespace's privacy policy for details.

Your data is never used for purposes beyond providing my services or without your consent. If you believe your privacy has been compromised, you can complain to me or to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk.

International Data Transfers

Some of the third-party services I use - Acuity Scheduling, Stripe (payment processing), and Squarespace (website hosting) - store and process your personal data outside the UK, primarily in the United States.

Where I transfer personal data to the US, I rely on one of the following safeguards, depending on the provider: the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or, where the provider is certified, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (also known as the UK-US Data Bridge). These mechanisms are approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office and are designed to provide UK personal data with protection equivalent to that required under UK GDPR, regardless of where it's processed.

How I Protect Your Data

I take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your data safe in both digital and physical formats.

Data Retention

I keep your personal data as long as you are my client and for up to 5 years afterwards, to allow for clients returning after a break. After this period, your data will be deleted unless you have opted in to my mailing list.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data I hold

  • Correct any inaccuracies

  • Request I stop processing your data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Complain to the ICO if you feel your rights are violated
